Homemade Samoas Remake
A healthy twist on this delicious favorite!
- 1 egg room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1½ cups shredded coconut
- 1 bar dark chocolate
- Combine egg, vanilla extract, coconut oil, maple syrup then fold in coconut sugar, coconut flour and shredded coconut.
- Form into round then cut out center to form a small hole.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Once done, cool completely.
- Melt one dark chocolate bar and dip bottom of the cookie in the chocolate and drizzle remaining over the tops of cookies.
