Mango-Strawberry Ice Cream
A fruity, tasty treat, perfect for a hot day!
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1½ cups frozen mango
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ cup coconut water or plain water
- Place strawberries, mango and lime juice into a food processor and process 1-2 minutes.
- Scrape any fruit off the sides, add coconut water as needed and blend 3-4 until smooth.
- Enjoy! *(can be stored 3-4 months in freezer)
