Mango-Strawberry Ice Cream

A fruity, tasty treat, perfect for a hot day!

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • cups frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup coconut water or plain water


  • Place strawberries, mango and lime juice into a food processor and process 1-2 minutes.
  • Scrape any fruit off the sides, add coconut water as needed and blend 3-4 until smooth.
  • Enjoy! *(can be stored 3-4 months in freezer)
