This easy to put together salad is versatile as a meal or a side and is full of flavor!

  • 1 head chopped mixed greens
  • 2 pears cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 drizzle vinagrette dressing


  • Layer salad with greens, pears, seeds.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with vinagrette dressing.
  • Enjoy!
