Restoration Package
The Restoration Package is a four-month-long program where together we address different pillars of health each month. These include drainage and detoxification, nutrition and supplement recommendations, movement, home, and personal product reviews. This package is designed for those that have symptoms that come and go, may have low levels of chronic illness or are simply looking to improve their health.

Optimization Package
The Optimization Package is an eight-month-plus program. This package is designed for those that are dealing with more profound levels of chronic illness, such as Lyme disease and co-infections, mold illness, digestive issues, skin conditions, and autoimmune issues. Through functional lab testing, bio-resonance testing, and muscle testing, we can identify specific imbalances in the body.
